We are honored to offer you a setting that feels like stepping into a storybook — a romantic, elegant countryside estate where nature, beauty, and timeless charm come together.
Located in Monroe, North Carolina, 45 min. south of Charlotte, NC, HollyDay Farms is a private 15-acre estate designed for couples who value meaningful celebrations surrounded by natural beauty. We are convenient to Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Wesley Chapel and all of South Charlotte. Our venue features a tree-lined driveway, a pond and lighted fountain with a charming island, a white gazebo, a grand ceremony pergola, a garden gate arbor, and a cocktail area under glowing bistro lights. It’s a sanctuary of peace and romance. At HollyDay Farms, we believe your wedding day should feel magical, beautiful, and entirely yours.

Farm Package (Included with Hourly & Full-Day Rentals)

Total Estimated Wedding Costs
When planning your wedding at HollyDay Farms, there are two parts to your budget to consider:

Farm Rental Fee – your base package (hourly or full-day, depending on your guest count).

Event Rentals – tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, etc. These are additional costs from our trusted rental partners. Either we can book this all for you with our preferred vendor or you can book it yourself with your vendor.
Event Rental Costs (Estimated by Guest Count)
These are the approximate additional costs you can expect based on the current rental market for a reception tent with bistro lighting, guest/sweetheart/cake/gift tables, and padded white chairs. These prices include set up of tent, lights, tables and chairs.

Holly is an experienced Event Planner & Designer. You are welcome to hire your own event planner or you can hire Holly.

Payment Structure:

The fee is 20% of your total event budget
(Example: For a $25,000 event, my planning fee would be $5,000 for a total investment of $30,000). With a minimum $3,000 fee. -
You pay all vendors directly
She will assist with vendor selection, quotes, and contracts—but to streamline and protect everyone involved, all payments are made directly by you to the vendors.
Month-of / Day-of Wedding Coordination

Officiant Ceremony Packages
Holly is also a licensed officiant with a degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. Ceremonies may be secular, spiritual, religious, or a blend. Love is Love here!
