Are you dreaming of a countryside wedding that feels magical, serene, and storybook-worthy—without the rustic barn backdrop? HollyDay Farms is your destination.

Nestled on 15 lush acres just 50 minutes south of Charlotte, our venue offers a truly romantic and nature-filled setting for weddings, corporate events, family reunions, and retreats. With green pastures, a stunning and fully stocked 2-acre pond, a white gazebo pier,  and a bridge to a private island, you'll feel like you've stepped straight into a Hallmark movie.

Weekend Rates (March–November): $1500/day (Saturday or Sunday)
Weekend Rates (December–February): $1000/day (Saturday or Sunday)
Weekday Rate (Year-round): $500/day

 

Event Package (for 75 guests) – $10,000

Perfect for weddings, corporate events, reunions, and more!

 

This package includes:

  • Private use of HollyDay Farms from Friday 9 AM – 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM – 11 PM

  • Friday access for decorating and rehearsal dinner or whatever you choose

  • Access to catch-and-release fishing for guests on both days

  • 4-hour engagement photo session on the date of your choice

 

Event Essentials Included:

  • 30' x 50' white frame tent

  • Tent lighting and property lighting

  • Extension cords

  • Dance floor

  • 60” guest round tables and chairs

  • High-top cocktail tables

  • Sweetheart, cake, and gift tables

  • White table linens

  • Ceremony seating at the pergola with electricity

  • Cocktail area and tented areas with electricity

  • Luxury trailer with handicap-accessible portable restrooms

  • 2 on-site event day staff to assist with parking, vendor coordination, cleanup, and guest support

 

All you need to bring is your planner, decor, DJ, caterer, photographer, florist, baker, and officiant—and we’ll help make the magic happen!

 

All weddings require a licensed event planner (LLC) or designated point of contact for event management.  Holly is available to serve as your event planner and licensed officiant if you'd like to hire her for the event.

 

Micro Weddings – $300

For intimate ceremonies of 25 guests or fewer, Sunday through Thursday only.
Includes:

  • 2-hour time slot

  • Chair setup and breakdown by one event assistant

  • Ceremony-only (no reception or restroom access included)
