HollyDay Farms Even & Wedding Venue

Are you looking for a countryside wedding venue that doesn't involve a barn?  If so, we are your venue!  HollyDay Farms is a park-like 15 acre farm with a beautiful 2 acre pond with a white gazebo and bridge to an island!  When you drive onto the property, down a tree-lined driveway, you can't help but feel like you've been transported into a magical storybook or a hallmark movie!

We are 50 minutes south from the heart of the city of Charlotte.  We are 34 minutes south of 485 down US-74/E. Independence Blvd.  It's a beautiful country drive!

It's $750 per day to rent the farm property on a Saturday or Sunday from March - November. 

 

It's $500 per day to rent the farm property on a Saturday or Sunday from December - February.

 

It's $500 per day to rent the farm property on a weekday.

This gives you:

 

private use of the farm property from 9am-11pm on the day of your event/wedding

​

a 1-hour rehearsal walk thru on a date prior to your event/wedding

​

a 4-hour photo shoot opportunity for your engagement pictures

​

*All weddings at HollyDay Farms must have a professional event planner (with a LLC) running their event.  You're welcome to hire Holly as your event planner or another professional.
