Book your wedding before December 31, 2026 and receive our Intimate Wedding Package for just $5,000.

Designed for weddings of 50 guests or fewer, this package gives you access to HollyDay Farms throughout the wedding weekend, along with the major rentals and venue essentials needed to create a beautiful outdoor celebration.

Your Wedding Weekend Includes

Complimentary Engagement Photo Session Access

• One private hour at HollyDay Farms for engagement photos

• Scheduled on an available evening around sunset

• The farm will be closed to other guests during your session for privacy

• Photographer not included

Friday – Setup & Rehearsal

• Access to the venue for wedding setup and decorating.  The tent will be set up Thursday so it’s ready to go on Friday for décor.

• One-hour ceremony rehearsal/walkthrough

Saturday – Wedding Day

• Full venue access from 9:00 AM–11:00 PM

• House and wedding suites from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

• Use of HollyDay Farms' outdoor ceremony, cocktail and reception areas

Sunday – Cleanup

Return to HollyDay Farms on Sunday to remove decorations, personal belongings and wedding items without having to rush everything out immediately after your reception.

The package does not include:

• Dance floor

• Table linens

• Cocktail tables

• Catering, photography, DJ, floral design or other outside vendors

A deposit reserves your wedding date, and the remaining balance may be divided into convenient monthly payments leading up to your wedding.

HollyDay Farms is located on a private 15-acre countryside estate in Monroe, North Carolina, approximately 45 minutes south of Charlotte.

Weddings Over 50 Guests

Our $5,000 Wedding Weekend Package is designed for weddings of up to 50 guests using our standard 30' × 40' reception tent.

​

Depending on your desired floor plan and reception style, the standard tent may be able to accommodate slightly more than 50 guests if a dance floor is not needed. However, larger guest counts may require additional or larger tents, tables, chairs, restroom accommodations, and other rental equipment.

For weddings with more than 50 guests, please contact us for a custom quote based on your guest count, layout, and current rental-market pricing.

HollyDay Farms can accommodate weddings of up to approximately 100 guests. As a general planning estimate, a fully equipped Wedding Weekend Package for approximately 100 guests may cost up to $10,000, depending on current tent and rental costs and the specific needs of your event.

We are happy to customize a package that fits your wedding rather than requiring you to pay for rentals or services you do not need.

Hourly Wedding Rental

$110 per hour | 3-hour minimum

Our Hourly Intimate Wedding Rental is designed for couples planning a simple, meaningful celebration without the need for a full wedding weekend package.

This option is ideal for a small ceremony, elopement-style wedding, ceremony and cocktail hour, or other intimate gathering with minimal setup and décor.

Your rental includes private use of the front portion of HollyDay Farms surrounding the pond and ceremony areas for the number of hours you reserve.

Included with Your Rental

• Private use of the designated farm event area

• Access to the pond, gazebo, ceremony spaces, and surrounding grounds

• Access to our Event Garage

• Limited use of available tables and chairs

• Access to select décor and event supplies

• Use of our basic sound system

• Access to the portable restroom located near the Event Garage

• Guest parking

Setup & Cleanup

This is a self-service venue rental.

Your reserved rental time must include:

• Vendor arrival

• Decorating and setup

• Your ceremony and celebration

• Breakdown

• Cleanup

• Removal of all personal belongings and decorations

For example, if you reserve the farm for three hours, all setup, your event, and cleanup must be completed within those three hours.

Couples who need additional time for decorating or cleanup are welcome to reserve additional hours at $110 per hour.

The Hourly Wedding Rental is a great option for couples who want the beauty and privacy of HollyDay Farms while keeping their wedding simple, flexible, and affordable.

Wedding Management & Day-of Coordination

Our Wedding Management & Day-of Coordination package is designed for couples who want to hand over the details and simply show up, celebrate, and leave the work to us.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we review your vendor contracts, organize your wedding details, communicate with your vendors, confirm logistics, and make sure everyone is on the same page before the big day.

On your wedding day, Holly and her team provide up to 15 hours of hands-on support, including:

• Wedding-day setup

• Placement of your personal décor and event details

• Vendor arrival and coordination

• Ceremony and reception management

• Timeline oversight

• Troubleshooting throughout the day

• Guest and vendor guidance

• End-of-night breakdown and cleanup

• Packing and organizing your décor and personal items for pickup

Our goal is simple: you should not be working on your wedding day.

You bring us your plans, vendors, décor, and vision. We make sure everything comes together beautifully so you can get ready, walk down the aisle, celebrate with the people you love, and leave at the end of the night knowing the details are handled.

Full-Service Wedding Planning & Design

For couples who want a beautiful wedding without having to manage all the moving pieces themselves, our Full-Service Wedding Planning & Design package allows you to hand us the vision and let us take it from there.

You tell Holly what you want your wedding to feel like, what matters most to you, your style, priorities, and budget. From there, she manages the planning, design, vendors, logistics, and wedding-day execution from beginning to end.

Full-service planning may include:

• Initial vision, priorities, and budget development

• Wedding design and overall aesthetic direction

• Venue layout and event flow planning

• Vendor research and recommendations

• Vendor outreach, communication, and scheduling

• Review and organization of vendor proposals and contracts

• Rental selection and coordination

• Tent, table, chair, linen, décor, and specialty rental planning

• Floral and décor design coordination

• Sourcing and ordering event supplies and design elements

• Catering and bar coordination

• Photographer and videographer coordination

On your wedding day, Holly and her team handle the details so you do not have to.

This includes wedding setup, placement of personal décor, vendor management, ceremony and reception coordination, timeline management, troubleshooting, guest and vendor guidance, breakdown, cleanup, and organization of your belongings at the end of the evening.

Our goal is for you to arrive knowing that the work has already been done.

Investment

Full-Service Wedding Planning & Design is 20% of the total wedding budget, with a minimum planning fee of $4,000.

Vendor fees, rentals, décor purchases, catering, entertainment, photography, florals, and other wedding expenses are separate and are paid from the couple’s wedding budget.

This service is ideal for couples who want professional guidance from the beginning and would rather spend their engagement enjoying the experience than managing dozens of vendors, contracts, rentals, schedules, and wedding-day details.

Wedding Officiant Services

Your wedding ceremony should feel like the two of you—not like a generic script you could hear at anyone’s wedding.

I’m Holly Tidwell, an ordained wedding officiant through the Universal Life Church since 2021, as well as an experienced event planner and relationship coach based in Monroe, North Carolina. I hold a degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and have years of experience speaking, leading ceremonies, and helping people create meaningful connections.

I officiate religious, spiritual, secular, and blended ceremonies, and every couple is welcome at HollyDay Farms. Your beliefs, traditions, values, and relationship are yours to define, and your ceremony should reflect that.

Whether you’re planning a simple elopement, an intimate ceremony by the water, or a full wedding celebration, I will work with you to create a ceremony that feels personal, heartfelt, and authentically yours.

Perfect for elopements, intimate weddings, or couples who simply want a beautiful and meaningful ceremony without an extended program.

Simple Ceremony Package — $350

A more personalized ceremony created around your story, values, and vision for your wedding day.

Includes:

• Personalized ceremony script

• Coordination of the ceremony flow

• Vows and ring exchange

• Coordination with readers or other ceremony participants

• Incorporation of meaningful traditions, readings, or special elements

• Officiating the ceremony

• Completion and filing of your marriage license

Ceremony + Rehearsal Package — $550

Ideal for larger weddings or ceremonies involving a wedding party, family members, readers, or special traditions.

Includes everything in the Simple Ceremony Package, plus:

• One-hour wedding rehearsal

• Processional and recessional coordination

• Wedding-party placement and ceremony flow

• Guidance for readers, family members, and other participants

• Coordination of special ceremony traditions or elements

PARTNERS FIRST Pre-Marital Counseling

Private Couples Coaching for Healthier Communication, Stronger Partnership & Relationship Clarity

You can love each other and still struggle to know how to do relationships well.

​

PARTNERS FIRST is a structured couples-coaching program designed to help you understand what is happening in your relationship, identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and learn practical skills for building a healthier partnership.  It is a 16 week course.

This is not about keeping a relationship together at all costs.

The goal is to help you communicate more clearly, handle conflict more effectively, strengthen connection, understand each other better, and gain clarity about what your relationship needs next.

HOW IT WORKS

Initial Couples Consultation

60 minutes

We begin with both partners together to discuss what is working, where you are struggling, what you hope to change, and whether PARTNERS FIRST is the right fit for you.

This gives us a chance to meet, talk honestly about the relationship, and decide whether you would like to continue.

Relationship Map Session

120 minutes

If you continue, both partners complete the PARTNERS FIRST Relationship Map assessment.

I review your responses before our session and identify the major strengths, differences, patterns, concerns, and growth areas within your relationship.

Together, we look at areas such as communication, conflict, emotional regulation, compatibility, trust, intimacy, boundaries, values, money, shared responsibilities, closeness, independence, and future goals.

From there, we create individualized goals for your relationship.

Ongoing PARTNERS FIRST Coaching

90 minutes

The complete PARTNERS FIRST curriculum includes 16 progressive sessions covering skills such as:

• communication and emotional regulation;

• conflict and repair;

• boundaries and consent;

• expectations and compatibility;

• trust and intimacy;

• attachment and interdependence;

• shared responsibility and decision-making;

• and maintaining friendship, affection, connection, and teamwork.

Each session combines relationship education with coaching tailored to the issues showing up in your actual relationship.

The curriculum provides the structure. Your relationship becomes the case study.

NO LARGE UPFRONT COMMITMENT

You do not have to purchase the entire program in advance.

After the initial consultation, you continue one session at a time. Each upcoming session is invoiced and must be paid before the appointment.

That means you are free to continue through the entire program or stop if you reach the clarity you need, decide another type of professional support is more appropriate, or determine that continuing the relationship is no longer the right goal.
