Located in Monroe, North Carolina, 45 min. south of Charlotte, NC, HollyDay Farms is a private 15-acre estate designed for couples who value meaningful celebrations surrounded by natural beauty.
Our venue features a tree-lined driveway, a pond  and fountain with a charming island, a white gazebo, a grand ceremony pergola, a garden gate arbor, and a cocktail area under glowing bistro lights. It’s a sanctuary of peace and romance.

HOLLYDAY FARMS PRICING GUIDE

VENUE RENTAL OPTIONS

Venue Rental Only - $500-$1,500 per day

• Exclusive use of the 15-acre private estate from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Ceremony site with elegant white pergola

• 2-acre pond with floating fountain and charming island with bridge

• White gazebo and pier on the water

• Garden gate arbor for bridal entrances

• Cocktail area with bistro lights and fire pit area with picnic tables

• Reserved guest parking (including handicap-accessible spaces)

• 45-60 parking spaces total

• Note: Clients are responsible for renting their own tent, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, and restroom facilities.

• Electrical outlets.

• The ability to fish, play horseshoes, enjoy the firepit, host lawn games, ect.

Prime Season Weekend Rates (April–November): $1500/day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Slow Season Weekend Rates (December–March): $1000/day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Weekday Rate (Mon.-Thurs. Year-round): $500/day

WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGE (FOR 65 GUESTS) INCLUDES

Starting at $10,000 (subject to change based on rental market conditions)

• Includes all Venue Rental amenities, PLUS:

  • Private use of farm Friday AND Saturday from 9am-11pm

  • 30x50 Reception Tent (walls available for an additional fee)

  • Dance Floor

  • 60” Round Tables, buffet/DJ/Cake/Gift tables, cocktail hour tables and White Chairs (for up to 65 guests; up to 100 guests available with price increase)

  • Bistro Lighting inside the tent and cocktail/fire pit area

  • Portable Luxury Restrooms (standard model; upgrades available)

  • Event staff support for Friday and Saturday

  • Fire Pit Setup (initial wood included)

  • Parking Attendant

  • Access to decor inventory (centerpieces, signage, and selected items)

• Tent walls, linens, and specialty rentals are available at additional fees through our rental partners.

• Final package pricing is subject to change based on vendor rental rates at time of booking.

MICRO WEDDING CEREMONY + RECEPTION (25 GUESTS OR FEWER) INCLUDES

Starting at $5,500

• One Full-day rental of HollyDay Farms for an intimate ceremony and outdoor reception

• Access to all ceremony and reception areas on the property

• Designed for small gatherings of up to 25 guests

• Includes venue rental, tent, lighting, tables, chairs, restrooms, and basic staffing support

Pricing varies based on season, day of the week, and final rental selections.

MICRO CEREMONY ONLY (2 HOURS, WEEKDAY ONLY) INCLUDES

$900

• Available Monday–Thursday only (not offered on weekends unless no other events are booked)

• 2-hour access to the venue for ceremony and photos

• Setup of white folding chairs for up to 25 guests

• 1 ADA portable restroom included

• Event assistant on-site and day of liability insurance

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

• Bridal Suite and Groom Suite Access (House Rental): $500/day (Friday or Saturday)

• Additional Firewood for Fire Pit: $35/hour

• Tent Fans or Tent Heating Units: Pricing available upon request

OFFICIANT CEREMONY PACKAGES

Simple Ceremony Package — $350

• Personalized ceremony crafted to reflect your love story

• Coordination of ceremony flow with key participants (readings, vows, ring exchange)

• Filing of marriage license with appropriate county office

• Travel within 20 miles of Monroe, NC included (additional fee beyond)

• Ideal for elopements, courthouse-style weddings, and intimate celebrations

Ceremony + Rehearsal Package — $500

• Includes everything in the Simple Ceremony Package, plus:

  • 1-hour rehearsal coordination (usually day before)

  • Assistance with processional/recessional order

  • Support for readers, family, and special traditions

Additional Details:

• Ceremonies may be secular, spiritual, religious, or a blend

• Vow writing help available upon request

• Personalized ceremony script provided for review if desired

• Short notice bookings welcomed, pending availability

• 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure your event date.

• Remaining balance due 30 days before event.

• $500 refundable security/damage deposit required.
