We’re delighted to have you here! This page provides everything you need for a smooth setup and event experience on the farm.
You’ll find maps, parking details, electrical and water access points, venue rules, contact information, and the required vendor waiver link.
Please review these details carefully before unloading or beginning setup so we can keep the property safe, organized, and beautiful for every guest.
MAP OF PROPERTY
Property Map & Driving Directions
Please take a moment to review the map before unloading or driving onto the property. The blue line on the map shows the only approved driving path for vendors who must drive close to the tent or cocktail area for setup. This route protects our underground leach field and distribution pipes — driving outside this path could cause costly damage.
If you do not need to drive on the property: continue straight down the driveway and follow the signs for Vendor Parking, located on the right-hand side behind the white cones.
If you do need to drive on the property for setup: follow the blue line path exactly as shown on the map to reach the tent and cocktail areas. Once unloaded, please move your vehicle back to the vendor parking area immediately to keep the grounds clear and safe.

Electrical & Water Access
Please note that HollyDay Farms does not have a catering kitchen. There are no ovens, refrigerators, or sinks available for vendor use. All food preparation and storage must be done off-site before arrival. We highly recommend food trucks or if you use a caterer, they will need to bring their tents/tables ect.
Electrical Access:
Power outlets are available along the tree line near the fire pit and tent area. Vendors may use green outdoor-rated extension cords if additional reach is needed. Please secure cords neatly and safely to avoid trip hazards.
Water Access:
If you need water to fill chafing dishes or for brief setup use, a garden hose is available at the house to the right of the front porch. This water access is for setup only — we do not provide ongoing water access for use during the event.

We take great pride in keeping HollyDay Farms beautiful and safe for every couple and guest. Please review these guidelines carefully before setup and throughout your time on the property.
Respect the Grounds:
Stay on marked paths whenever possible. Do not drive or park on the front lawn, or near the pond unless directed by Holly or the event assistant. Our leach field and irrigation lines run under several areas of the property and can be damaged by vehicle weight.
Smoking & Vaping:
Permitted only at the fire pit area. Please put butts in fire pit for cigarette waste. Smoking inside the house, tent, or near décor will result in deposit deductions or vendor liability charges.
Alcohol:
All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. No self-serve alcohol stations are permitted. Guests under 21 may not be served or consume alcohol on the premises.
Cleanup:
Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, décor, equipment, and food waste brought onto the property. Please check with the event assistant for designated trash disposal areas. Leaving behind catering waste, boxes, or debris may result in cleanup fees charged to the client.
Noise & Conduct:
Music must end by 10:00 PM, and all events must conclude with guests vacating the property by 11:00 PM. We expect all vendors to maintain a professional, courteous attitude toward guests, staff, and fellow vendors at all times.

Event Assistant:
An on-site event assistant will be available throughout setup and during the event to help with vendor parking, access to power, trash disposal, and general guidance. You’ll meet them upon arrival or see them circulating around the property in a black HollyDay Farms shirt.
Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, please contact Holly immediately and call 911 if needed. The property address is:
1712 Ruben Rd, Monroe, NC 28112.
Make sure all delivery drivers and vendors have this address for GPS accuracy.
Vendor Waiver & Agreement
All vendors working at HollyDay Farms are required to complete our Vendor Waiver & Agreement Form prior to the event date. This ensures everyone understands the property guidelines, liability coverage, and safety expectations before beginning setup.
