From the heart arch and candlelit “Will You Marry Me” setup to the private luxury dinner overlooking our 2-acre pond, you’ll enjoy a seamless, all-inclusive evening filled with beauty, meaning, and pure romance...all while a professional photographer captures this special evening.Your night can include fishing or a peaceful canoe ride at sunset, a full-course dinner under glowing bistro lights, and even an optional overnight stay in our four-bedroom countryside home — complete with a hot tub, LED candles, and breakfast delivered the next morning.And because your story doesn’t end with “yes,” Holly also offers a premarital coaching program to help you build a healthy, thriving relationship before the wedding. The Luxury Proposal Experience

Our Luxury Proposal Experience transforms your vision into a breathtaking evening surrounded by nature, candlelight, and timeless romance — all set on our private 15-acre countryside estate in Monroe, North Carolina.

We take care of every detail so all you have to do is arrive, take a deep breath, and savor the moment your partner says yes.

Your Perfect Evening

Your proposal begins with a private, personalized setup on our picturesque island overlooking the 2-acre pond. A glowing heart arch, red carpet, candles, and a rose-lined aisle lead to a stunning LED “Will You Marry Me?” sign — all framed by the gentle glow of the setting sun.

Your photographer captures every moment: from the walk up, the surprise, and the proposal itself, to your golden-hour portraits and your first toast as fiancés.

After the proposal, you’ll transition to a beautifully set private dinner under the gazebo, surrounded by bistro lights reflecting off the water — the perfect setting for celebration, conversation, and connection.

Your Private Dinner Includes

A full-course meal from a local restaurant, delivered at your private table on the gazebo overlooking the pond. You will have a hot cooler and a cold cooler with your food/beverages so you can enjoy a private evening.

Dinner Service Includes:

Appetizer: Delicious selections.
Salad Course: Salad with dressing of choice.
Entrées: Dinner & Side.
Beverages: Water, sweet tea or unsweetened tea (with sugar & Splenda), sodas, or a special request.
A bottle of Wine or champagne for your toast.
Dessert: A custom 6” cake and writing: “Will You Marry Me?” We can also accommodate other dessert requests.
Coffee Service: Served with cream and sugar alongside dessert.
A dozen roses: red or your choice of color/flowers.

You’ll receive a full online gallery of professionally edited images.

Timing & Flow: this is adjusted for time changes and sunsets

5:25 PM: You arrive with your partner (blindfold optional for surprise!)
5:30 PM: Proposal moment on the island
5:45–6:30 PM: Golden-hour photos
6:30 PM: Private dinner under the gazebo
7:15–7:30 PM: Nighttime photos by the water
7:30–8:30 PM: Private time to relax and celebrate together

Extend the magic of your proposal night with a private overnight stay in our chic four-bedroom home at HollyDay Farms. After your romantic dinner and photo session, you’ll transition from the candlelit gazebo into the warmth and comfort of your own country retreat — no driving, no packing up, just the two of you savoring the quiet joy of the evening together. No smoking or pets in the home.

Your stay includes full access to our beautifully furnished home:

Master Suite: King bed with luxury linens, a 65” smart TV, and remote-controlled LED candles for an intimate, romantic glow.
Private Hot Tub: Step outside to your secluded backyard oasis — relax beneath bistro lights, a fire pit, and back porch surrounded by nature and the soft sounds of the pond.
Living & Dining Spaces: Cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, and breakfast nook — perfect for a late-night snack or morning coffee. Wifi works great!
Full Kitchen: Stainless-steel appliances, stocked essentials, and plenty of space for champagne chilling or breakfast prep.
Upscale Lounge: A stylish “gentleman’s retreat” with a 75” television, leather seating, and relaxed, elevated décor.
Breakfast: for an additional fee, we can have breakfast delivered in the morning.

A discreet on-site property manager resides in the private apartment above the detached garage for security and emergencies, but you’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay.

To reserve your proposal date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due the week of your event. Once booked, you’ll receive a personalized questionnaire to customize every detail — from your meal choices to your playlist and décor preferences.

Investment: $2,750 | 15 Private Zoom Sessions + Pre-session Educational Videos & Homework
