YOUR THREE-HOUR GLOW PARTY EXPERIENCE

PART 1: Get Ready to Glow!

Your adventure begins approximately 30 minutes before sunset at our farm concession stand.

Our party attendant welcomes your group, introduces everyone to the property, explains the activities, and helps guests prepare for their nighttime fishing adventure.

Every guest receives:

A fishing rod rental and bait
A glow-in-the-dark fishing bobber
A glow stick for their fishing rod
A bright orange reflective safety vest
Glow necklaces
A miniature personal flashlight
Access to fishing tackle and supplies

Our attendant provides a beginner-friendly fishing lesson, introduces the evening's fishing competition, and distributes measuring yardsticks.

PART 2: The Ultimate Glow Fishing Challenge!

As the sun sets, your guests head to designated fishing areas around our beautiful two-acre pond for approximately one hour of fishing fun.

Who can catch the biggest fish? Who can reel in the longest fish?

Watch as glowing bobbers dance across the water and brightly colored fishing equipment lights up the evening.

Our fishing attendant helps guests with bait, hooks, and fish handling throughout the activity.

All fishing is catch-and-release, and no fishing license is required at our qualifying private pond.

After fishing, the celebration continues at our specially decorated glow party area!

Additional guests: $30 per person

Every additional guest receives the same individual fishing equipment, glow accessories, and dining setup as the original 20 guests.

The $775 base price remains the same for groups smaller than 20 because the complete event setup, decorations, equipment, and staffing are still provided.

Additional party time is available for $110 per hour, subject to scheduling and availability.

All parties must conclude no later than 10:00 PM.

Movie Night Add-On: $150

The movie upgrade takes place within your three-hour reservation. Longer movies may require shortening other activities or extending your reservation, subject to availability and our 10 PM closing time. Movie playback depends on device compatibility and access to your chosen film.

RAIN OR SHINE — WE HAVE OPTIONS!

A little rain doesn't have to ruin your celebration!

We offer two options if rain is in the forecast:

OPTION 1: Reschedule Your Party

With at least 48 hours' advance notice, you may reschedule your LET'S GLOW! experience for another available date.

OPTION 2: Add Our Covered Party Setup — $150

Prefer to keep your celebration on the calendar despite some light rain?

We can provide:

One 10' × 30' covered dining tent with tables and chairs
One additional 10' × 10' food-service tent
Professional tent setup and breakdown

Covered Party Upgrade: $150

Enjoy your food, decorations, and social activities under cover while taking advantage of the outdoor experiences whenever conditions permit.

Please note that the tents provide shelter from light rain but do not make outdoor fishing, games, or fires safe during lightning, high winds, or severe weather. HollyDay Farms reserves the right to pause or reschedule activities when conditions are unsafe.

SEASONAL NIGHTTIME PARTIES

LET'S GLOW! is offered seasonally, primarily from October through early March, when earlier sunsets allow us to provide the full three-hour nighttime experience.

Typical reservation times are approximately 5:00–8:00 PM or 6:00–9:00 PM, depending on the date and time of sunset.

Guests arrive approximately 30 minutes before sunset, allowing time for introductions, equipment distribution, and orientation before darkness.

Your exact reservation time will depend on the date selected.

Our fall, winter, and early spring availability makes this experience especially fun for autumn birthdays, holiday gatherings, family reunions, group celebrations, and cool-weather evenings around the fire pit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is LET'S GLOW! only for birthday parties?

Not at all! This experience is designed for all kinds of celebrations, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, girls' nights, family reunions, birthdays, team-building events, and seasonal gatherings. We can personalize elements of the celebration for your occasion.

What ages is this party designed for?

We recommend LET'S GLOW! for guests ages 12 and older. Younger children may be accommodated with advance approval and appropriate dedicated adult supervision. Because our property includes an open pond, uneven natural terrain, and an outdoor fire pit, additional safety requirements apply.

Do adults count toward the 20 guests?

Yes. The package includes 20 total attendees, regardless of age or whether they choose to fish.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, desserts, cake, and nonalcoholic beverages or select from our optional food packages.

Alcohol must be approved in advance by HollyDay Farms and is subject to venue policies and applicable regulations.

Is the property private?

Your group receives exclusive access after sunset, when regular daytime fishing guests depart. Some daytime fishing visitors may be present during the initial arrival period before sunset.

What if our guests have never fished before?

No problem! Our attendant will provide a beginner-friendly lesson and help with fishing equipment, baiting hooks, and handling fish.

What should everyone wear?

Comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, and weather-appropriate layers are recommended. White or light-colored clothing is encouraged to enhance the blacklight experience.

All guests must wear the provided reflective vests while participating in nighttime fishing.

Can we have a movie and fishing during the same party?

Yes! Simply add our $100 movie night upgrade. We recommend planning your movie selection around the available time, especially if you also want to enjoy fishing, dinner, games, and the fire pit.

What if it rains?

You can request a new available date with at least 48 hours' advance notice, or add our $150 covered tent setup for light-rain conditions. Outdoor activities remain subject to weather and safety requirements.

Are parents required to supervise their children?

Yes. Parents and designated adult chaperones are responsible for supervising minors throughout the event, especially around the pond, fishing equipment, and fire pit. Our party attendant provides activity support but does not provide childcare or lifeguard services.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participating guests must complete our electronic activity waiver. Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for minors before the event.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Three-Hour LET'S GLOW! Experience: $775

A 50% deposit of $387.50 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled celebration.

Additional guests, food packages, movie night upgrades, tent rentals, and optional enhancements are charged separately.

Reservations are required, and seasonal dates are limited.
