To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require everyone participating in activities on the farm to complete this waiver prior to their visit. This includes:

• 🎣 Fishing guests (adults and children)

• 🎉 Kids attending fishing birthday parties

• 📸 Guests participating in events or photo shoots on the property

Our farm includes natural features such as open water, grassy terrain, uneven ground, wildlife, and outdoor recreational equipment. While we do our best to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

This waiver covers:

• General farm visits and fishing

• Birthday party participation

• Fire pit and picnic area usage

• Climbing and play structures

• Photography and media release consent

 Important Notes:

• Each child must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Adults must also complete this waiver before fishing or participating in farm activities.

• If attending a birthday party, the host parent is responsible for sharing this link with all invited guests.

• Guests without a completed waiver may not be permitted to participate.

• By signing, you also give HollyDay Farms permission to use photos taken during events for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
