Two Ways to Celebrate at the Farm

1. Casual Public Access Rental – $10 Per Person

Perfect for low-key gatherings that don’t require private access to the farm.

Access for your group during regular public hours (shared with fishing guests)
Bring your own food, drinks, tables, chairs, and decorations
No music or amplified sound allowed (to respect other guests on-site)
Kids 12 and under are free
Available in 3-hour blocks or stay until sunset

Please Note: This option is not guaranteed until 7 days prior to your event date, as full-day private rentals take priority on Saturdays.

2. Private Full-Day Farm Rental – $1,500

For those who want privacy, flexibility, and a full day to celebrate.

Exclusive access from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Bring your own food, drinks, tents, tables, chairs, and decorations
Freedom to play music and enjoy full privacy with no other guests on-site
Flexible setup and cleanup time built into your day
Guaranteed reservation with no risk of cancellation

Optional Add-On: Tent, Table & Chair Rental – Starting at $2,000+

Corporate Retreat Events

Looking for a private, refreshing space to gather your team, host a company celebration, or treat your employees to a day away from the office? HollyDay Farms offers a one-of-a-kind countryside setting just 30 minutes from Charlotte, perfect for corporate events, retreats, and team-building experiences.

Corporate Event Rental Package Includes:

Exclusive use of the entire farm from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
15 acres of privacy, including a 2-acre pond, fire pit area, pergola, gazebo, bridge, and cocktail area with bistro lights
The ability to fish, do yard games and have space to spread out
Parking for up to 45 vehicles
Access to electricity and water at key locations around the property
Use of the venue for meetings, training, team-building activities, meals, and celebrations

Requirements & Add-Ons:

A professional event planner or company point person is required to coordinate your day
A tent rental is required for shade or rain protection (ask us for recommendations)
You are responsible for providing your own catering, bar service, and rentals (tables, chairs, etc.)
We’re happy to recommend preferred vendors for catering, rentals, entertainment, and event planning

Rental Rate:

$1,500 for a full-day rental (March–November, Saturday or Sunday)
$1,000 for a full-day rental (December–February, Saturday or Sunday)
$500 for a weekday full-day rental (Monday–Friday)
