Imagine arriving at the farm as the sun begins to set. Your fire pit is ready, the picnic tables are beautifully decorated, and comfortable movie seating is waiting beside the pond.

Grab some popcorn, choose your seasonings, and settle in with a blanket. Roast marshmallows, share a meal, and enjoy your favorite movie beneath the evening sky.

YOUR THREE-HOUR MOVIE NIGHT EXPERIENCE

PART 1: Arrive Before Sunset

Your reservation begins approximately 30 minutes before sunset, giving everyone time to see the property, find their way around, and enjoy the pond while there is still daylight.

Gather around the fire, take pictures, visit the popcorn station, and get comfortable. If you’re bringing dinner or adding a meal package, this is a good time to begin eating.

The entire setting is prepared before you arrive.

PART 2: Popcorn, Blankets & a Movie by the Pond

Once it’s dark enough, settle in for your movie.

Your outdoor theater includes:

A large outdoor movie screen and projector
Bluetooth speakers
Three 8-by-10-foot rugs
Twelve comfortable inflatable beanbag chairs
Eight low lounge chairs
Plenty of pillows and throw blankets
Small tables with lanterns for setting down beverages

The seating faces the screen with the pond beyond it, creating a setting you won’t find inside a traditional movie theater.

Bring your chosen movie on a compatible device. We’ll coordinate connection details before your event.

PART 3: Firelight, S’mores & Time Together

Throughout your reservation, enjoy the fire pit, help yourself to popcorn, and roast marshmallows for s’mores.

There’s room to stretch out, talk, laugh, and enjoy being outside together. On clear evenings, take a moment to look up at the stars.

Your evening is flexible: enjoy dinner before the movie, roast s’mores during it, or choose a shorter film to leave more time for conversation and games.

The movie and all other activities take place within your three-hour reservation.

A BEAUTIFULLY PREPARED PLACE TO GATHER

Your party includes more than a screen and a few chairs.

Three picnic tables are arranged into one long dining table with coordinated tablecloths, wood-style chargers, red cloth napkins, white plates, and seasonal touches.

Wooden lanterns, moss, wood slices, red vintage-style lanterns, and little silver candleholders create a warm, inviting tablescape.

Bistro lights illuminate the dining, fire pit, and snack areas, while the movie lawn stays free of overhead string lights for a better viewing atmosphere.

A handwashing station is conveniently located beside the dining area.

WALK THE RED CARPET FOR YOUR MOVIE SNACKS

Your popcorn and s’mores station comes with its own red carpet and velvet ropes.

Four white display columns hold:

Popcorn serving baskets, napkins, and assorted seasonings
The popcorn machine
Marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers
Roasting sticks

Lighted evergreen trees and lanterns complete the display.

Popcorn, bottled water, and ingredients for two s’mores per guest are included in your package.

Your three-hour private movie night package includes:

Private farm access for your group during your reservation
Admission for up to 20 guests ages three and older
Fire pit setup and firewood for three hours
Rustic bench seating around the fire pit
Outdoor movie screen, projector, and Bluetooth speakers
Movie seating for 20: twelve beanbag chairs and eight low lounge chairs
Three large rugs with pillows, throw blankets, and small beverage tables
Three decorated picnic tables arranged as one long dining table
Coordinated place settings and seasonal decor
Bistro lighting around the fire pit, dining area, and snack station
Red carpet and velvet ropes at the snack station

Additional guests: $20 per person.

Children ages two and under are free and do not count toward the included 20 guests. Please include them when telling us your total attendance so we can plan appropriately.

The $950 base price remains the same for groups smaller than 20 because the full venue preparation, furniture, decor, equipment, setup, and breakdown are still provided.

MORE THAN ANOTHER PARTY ROOM

Bowling, mini golf, trampoline parks, and laser tag can all make for a fun celebration.

This experience gives you a different kind of evening: your own private gathering in the country, with space to spread out and several ways to enjoy your time together.

Watch the movie. Sit by the fire. Share dinner at a decorated table. Roast s’mores. Enjoy the pond and fresh air.

You aren’t sharing your party space with other groups or waiting for your turn at an attraction.

With 20 guests, the package works out to $47.50 per person for three hours of private farm access, a prepared movie theater, fire pit, decorated dining area, snacks, bottled water, and all the setup and breakdown.

Group Fishing Package — $260

Want to include fishing for your whole group?

This package includes:

Twenty fishing rod rentals
Ten containers of bait to share

Only a few people want to fish? Our fishing concession stand can remain open during your reservation so guests can rent rods and purchase bait individually.

Individual rod rental: $10
Bait: $6 per container

Fishing is optional and takes place within your reserved three hours. All fishing is catch-and-release.

RAIN IN THE FORECAST?

This is an outdoor experience, and we want you to enjoy it.

With at least 48 hours’ advance notice, you may reschedule your party to another available date.

Movie equipment, fires, and outdoor activities depend on suitable weather. If unsafe conditions develop closer to your event, we’ll contact you to discuss arrangements. HollyDay Farms may pause or reschedule activities when conditions are unsafe.

SEASONAL MOVIE NIGHTS

Movie Night Under the Stars is offered seasonally, primarily October through early March, when earlier sunsets allow time to enjoy a movie without staying late into the night.

Typical reservations are approximately 5–8 PM or 6–9 PM, with earlier times available during the shortest winter days.

Guests arrive approximately 30 minutes before sunset. Your exact reservation time will be confirmed for your selected date.

Movie night reservations conclude by 9 PM.

Fall birthdays, holiday gatherings, winter celebrations, and early-spring evenings are especially suited to this cozy outdoor experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this only for birthday parties?

Not at all. This experience works for family gatherings, friend groups, holiday celebrations, anniversaries, team events, and evenings together just because.

Do adults count toward the 20 guests?

Yes. Adults and children ages three and older count toward your guest total, whether or not they watch the movie or participate in every activity. Children ages two and under are free.

Is the farm private during our party?

Yes. This package includes private farm access for your group during your reserved three-hour experience.

Do we choose the movie?

Yes. You provide your chosen movie and a compatible device. We’ll coordinate playback requirements before your event. Device and streaming-service compatibility must be confirmed in advance.

How long should our movie be?

We recommend a movie approximately 90 minutes to two hours long. A shorter film leaves more time for dinner, fishing, games, and gathering around the fire.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely. Bring your own food, cake, desserts, and nonalcoholic beverages, or select from our optional packages.

Alcohol requires advance permission from HollyDay Farms.

Are popcorn, s’mores, and water included?

Yes. Your package includes popcorn with serving baskets and seasonings, ingredients for two s’mores per guest, roasting sticks, and bottled water on ice.

Can guests fish during the party?

Yes. Add the $260 group fishing package, or guests may rent rods and purchase bait individually at the concession stand.

What should guests wear?

Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, and layers appropriate for the forecast. We provide throw blankets, but guests should still dress for an evening outside.

Do parents need to supervise children?

Yes. Parents and designated adults are responsible for supervising children throughout the event, especially around the pond, fire pit, and fishing equipment.

Do we need to arrive early to decorate or stay afterward to pack up?

The included setup is ready when your reservation begins, and we handle its breakdown afterward. If you want to bring additional decorations, please coordinate those arrangements with us in advance.

What happens if it rains?

You may request another available date with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. If unsafe weather develops closer to the event, contact us to discuss arrangements.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Guests must complete our electronic activity waiver before participating. Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for minors.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Three-Hour Private Movie Night & Fire Pit Experience: $950

A 50% deposit of $475 reserves the base package. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Additional guests, food and beverage packages, fishing rentals, and lawn games are charged separately. Your booking invoice will reflect your selected options and required deposit.

Reservations are required. Contact us with your preferred date, approximate guest count, and any add-ons you’d like to include.
